"Ribeye Steak w/ Morels"
Ingredients:



I sliced the two larger morels in half and prepared them for grilling on top of the ribeye

I chopped the bottom of some green onions.

Used garlic smoked matsutake mushroom spice along with pepper, parsley flakes and ancient sea salt.

(Use the above as an option, as this is not an easy ingredient to come by)- Chris M
I sautéed some fresh tomato slices with the onions in butter.

The submitter of this recipe needs to contact me. I omitted names and email addresses to avoid being aware of who submitted a particular entree. There were over 40 recipes, some quite simple, some very involved. I was looking for simplicity, and practicality. I was also looking for a main dish type recipe, instead of an appetizer. I received many, many appetizer type recipes, and most were wonderful. This was this first recipe contest that I have held, look for it again in fall of 2008! I will most likely feature other submitted recipes on a monthly basis for the "Recipe Of The Month". Thanks to all of you who entered! -Chris M
