Come and join Chris Matherly in the great state of Illinois, and hunt on over 1000 acres of prime private land loaded with dead elms! This event will be held at the Chestnut Mountain Resort near Galena Illinois where our group of morel hunters will stay at the Resort lodge and hunt on over 1000 acres of private property for prime morel hunting. What is included?

Where: To be held at the Chestnut Mountain Resort near Galena Illinois where our group of morel hunters will stay at the Resort lodge and hunt on over 1000 acres of private property for prime morel hunting. Last Year's event had the option of 2 nights of Lodging, but it made it complicated, as many did stay there and others didn't, so this year each registrant is on their own for the lodging.! The closest hotel is back in Galena about 8 miles away. Lodging at Chestnut Mountain will be a group rate of aprox. $89.00 per night.
When: Friday Eve April 29th, Saturday April 30th, Sunday May 1st, 2011
Deadline for registration: April 21st, 2011 (full payment must be received by this date)
Requirements: Simply be a current member of the Morel Mushroom Hunting Club-
