Come and join Chris Matherly in the great state of Illinois, and hunt on over 1000 acres of prime private land loaded with dead elms! This event will be held at the Chestnut Mountain Resort near Galena Illinois where our group of morel hunters will stay at the Resort lodge and hunt on over 1000 acres of private property for prime morel hunting. Don't miss out on this fun filled event, Limited to the first 20 registrants!

Chris will give "hands-on" instruction! But even if you are an old-tyme die-hard Morel Hunter, you won't want to miss this great opportunity to hunt with Chris and taste some of his wonderful cooking!

Where: To be held at the Chestnut Mountain Resort near Galena Illinois where our group of morel hunters will stay at the Resort lodge and hunt on over 1000 acres of private property for prime morel hunting. The closest hotel is back in Galena about 8 miles away. Lodging at Chestnut Mountain will be a group rate of aprox. $89.00 per night.
When: Monday Eve May 7th, Tuesday May 8th, Wednesday May 9th, 2012
Deadline for registration: April 21st, 2012 (full payment must be received by this date)
Requirements: Simply be a current member of the Morel Mushroom Hunting Club-
