"Fettuccini Alfredo With Chicken And Chicken Of The Woods"

Ingredients:

1- Pound Mushrooms, cut into 1-2" pieces
(If using L. Sulphureus, you need young specimens, or the edges for tenderness)
3- boneless-skinless breast "fingers"
Fettuccini Noodles
1/2 cup Butter
1- pint Heavy Cream
2- Tablespoons Cream Cheese
3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1- Teaspoon Garlic Salt
1/2 cup Condensed Milk

Add Cream, Cream Cheese, Parmesan/ Romano Cheese, Garlic Salt, Butter, Condensed Milk in a pan, and let simmer 20-30 minutes on low. Set aside.

Grill Chicken breasts, using your desired seasonings, Then cut into 1-2" pieces.

Boil Noodles in a separate pan, until desired firmness of noodle. Drain well. Place noodles into a baking dish, pour Alfredo Sauce over noodles, and stir carefully. Add mushroom pieces and mix in evenly. Add grilled chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle entire dish with grated cheeses. Cover with Aluminum Foil and bake on 400 for about 25 minutes.

Remove from oven, and serve with Garlic Bread if desired. This is certain to satisfy any skeptical taste buds!
