Agaricus slyvaticus

Agaricus slyvaticus( group) is an excellent edible, found in august in
TN. Some years quite common. Has a stronger taste than A.
campestri. They can be confused with A. meleagris which is poisonous for
some. I use the rule of thumb on Agaricus species, if it smells of ink
or a medicinal smell I leave it in the woods
