Description:
Common Name: n/a. Cap: White to pale orange medium to large, Convex when young, becoming flat, then depressing in the center. Smooth to somewhat wavy margin Flesh: Firm, thick, white, and on young specimens, may produce milk when cut. Gills: n/a Stalk: Medium, short, attached to wood. Fruiting: Clumping on live or dead wood. Not too common, in fact scarce, in Eastern US. Edibility: An edible mushroom, with caution, as this is not commonly found, and not many reports of consumption.
