Description:

Common Name: N/A Cap: Light rosy-pink cap 1-2".  Flesh: White, unchanging  Gills: (Pores): White/ off-white  Spore Print:   Stalk:  Fruiting:   Range:   Edibility: Edible  Look-alikes: Similar in size and shape, and fruiting time is the Chestnut Bolete, Gyroporus castaneus. Note: All of the above mushrooms were found in September 2004 in Crawford County in Georgia.
