"Sautéed Gypsy Mushrooms"

Ingredients:
3-4 Large Gypsy Mushroom Caps
Minced Garlic
Fresh Chopped Red Onions
Fresh Chopped Green Bell Pepper
Garlic Salt
Butter or Margarine
Black Pepper
Wash and slice Mushrooms into 1/4 inch think pieces, add butter to pan and sauté on medium high heat for about 3 minutes, before adding the chopped Peppers and Onions.
Now add the peppers and onions, and the minced garlic, Add garlic salt and black pepper to your liking. Do not over cook the veggies, just saute' about an additional 2-3 minutes and then serve on your plate.
This makes a nice pre-meal appetizer, and allows you to get a
good "taste" of the this mushroom species great flavor. Enjoy!
