This are a fall mushroom that can grow enormous in size, and do have a unique delicious flavor. This is a very simple dish that you use your crock pot and let it do all of the work on!

After 3- hours in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:
One Package of Beef Tips
One Large Potato
One Large Onion
Salt and Pepper
Butter
Garlic Salt
Fajita Seasoning
One Pound Sliced Meripilus giganteus

Wash and slice your mushrooms. Don't worry that they may have turned dark, they will turn all black when cooked!

Slice onions and potato, and add all ingredients into a crock pot, and add spices to your liking. You need to slow cook this all night long in your crock pot. You will love the results!

Enjoy!
