Common Name: Califlower Mushroom Cap: Large rounded clumps of flat, wavy branches, white to cream colored. Flesh: Very thin. Gills: n/a. Stalk: Stalk is poorly developed. Fruiting: Scattered. Fairly common in the fall. Spore Print: Edibility: A choice edible mushroom, especially when young.
