Common Name: White Matsutake  Cap: 2"-4"   Flesh:  White. Gills: White   Spore Print: White  Stalk:  Fruiting:   Range:   Edibility: Very good edible.  Look-alikes: Note: All of the above mushrooms were found in November 2004 in British Columbia, Canada.
